01Services

Four ways to put senior engineering to work.

  • Mobile Apps

Native-feeling iOS and Android apps from a single codebase — built to ship on both stores and hold up in real hands, not just a demo reel.

    • iOS & Android
    • React Native
    • App Store delivery
  • Web Apps

Full-stack web products from a blank repo to production — databases modeled right, type-safe APIs, deployed and hosted to hold up under real traffic.

    • Next.js & React

    • Hosted & deployed
  • Technical Consulting

Senior judgment when you need it — architecture review, technical direction, and honest code audits that tell you where the risk actually is.

    • Architecture
    • Code audits
    • Technical direction
  • AI-Focused Apps

Chatbots, assistants, and LLM helpers wired into your product — grounded in your data and reliable enough that your users actually depend on them.

03Approach

How the work actually goes.

Built with you, not just for you — a working partnership from the first conversation to launch.

  1. Learn the actual problem

Before any code, we sit down and dig into what you need — the job to be done, who it's for, and what would make it a win. We ask the hard questions early, while the answers are still free to change.

  2. Scope it together

We turn that understanding into a plan: the one job the software has to do, and everything cut that doesn't serve it. You set the priorities — it's your product — and clear scope is the cheapest thing you'll ever buy.

  3. Build in the open

You see working software early and often, in small verifiable increments, with a standing check-in on a regular schedule — weekly, or whatever rhythm fits the work. You're never guessing where things stand, and we catch the small course corrections before they turn into big ones.

  4. Ship and stand behind it

Deployed, monitored, and documented. The code is readable, the architecture is easy to change, and you own all of it — the partnership doesn't stop at launch.
